What HR teams ask before booking.

How early should we book for December?
October to early November is the right window for a December date. Friday and Saturday evening slots in the first three weeks of December are typically committed by mid-November. If you have a specific date in mind, request a quote as early as possible — we'll hold the date for 48 hours while your approval goes through.
Can you run this at our own office instead of your studio?
Yes — off-site is one of our three package tiers, with no participant cap. We bring easels, canvases, paints, photobooth equipment, and facilitators to your venue. Most off-site bookings are for headcounts that exceed our studio capacity (45 indoor / 25 outdoor), though smaller off-site bookings are also welcome if you'd prefer the convenience.
What exactly does the logo canvas option involve?
Send us your company logo (vector format preferred) at least one week before the event. We pre-print a faint outline onto each canvas so your team's painting incorporates the company branding rather than covering it up entirely. The finished pieces read as company Christmas party artwork — popular for display in the office afterward or as a year-end social media post.
Is alcohol included, or do we need to bring our own?
Both options are available. BYOB is the most common choice — bring sealed bottles and we provide glassware, ice, and openers at no extra charge. Alternatively, our drinks package includes wine, beer, and soft drinks for the full session duration, priced per pax. Specify your preference in the quote request.
Can we get a GST invoice and a formal quote for our approval process?
Yes — every corporate booking comes with a written, itemised quote (PDF) suitable for internal approval chains, and a GST invoice issued automatically. No need to request these separately; they're standard for office party bookings.
What's the minimum and maximum headcount?
10 pax minimum for the Studio Section package. No maximum for off-site bookings — we've run sessions for 200+ pax at client venues. For in-studio bookings, capacity is 45 pax indoors or 25 pax outdoors at our Tengah location.
How long does a typical office party booking run?
3 hours is the standard format covering arrival, painting, photobooth, and pack-up — see the timeline above. Shorter 2-hour and longer 4-hour formats are both available; mention your preferred duration in the quote request.
Can we combine this with a regular sit-down dinner?
Yes — many teams run the art jamming session before or after a dinner booking elsewhere, or we can coordinate catering directly into the studio session if you'd prefer one continuous event. Mention this in your quote request and we'll help structure the timing.
What if some colleagues really don't want to paint?
No pressure format — colleagues who'd rather stick to the bar and photobooth area are completely welcome to do that. The session works because nobody's forced into either lane; most people end up painting once they see how low-stakes it actually is.
