Adult Mosaic Art Jamming in Singapore

More than an art class — a properly grown-up creative experience. Three unhurried hours, intricate designs, real glass tesserae, your favourite drink in hand. For adults who want depth from a creative night out, not a quick craft drop-in.

Adults Only

A calm, focused studio — not a kids' afternoon.

A deeper, slower mosaic experience

Standard art jamming gets you a painting in 90 minutes. This is different. Mosaic done properly — with real materials and an intricate enough design — needs time and quiet. Three hours, an adults-only studio, and a finished piece that genuinely looks like a finished piece.

You'll work with real glass tesserae and ceramic tiles, not paper or foam. The result is a mosaic you'd actually hang somewhere — not the kind that ends up in a bottom drawer.

How three hours actually flow

No rushed introductions, no awkward wait-arounds. The pacing gives you genuine time to settle in, focus deeply, and leave with a finished piece.

  • 0:00 – 0:30

    Settle & design

Welcome, drink poured, base board chosen, design sketched or transferred onto your board.

  • 0:30 – 1:30

    The outline phase

Place the structural pieces — borders, main shapes, anchor lines. The patient, satisfying part.

  • 1:30 – 2:00

    Mid-session break

Step back, breathe, refresh your drink. Café snacks if you want them.

  • 2:00 – 2:45

    The deep work

Fill in detail, texture, colour gradients. The hour your phone genuinely disappears.

  • 2:45 – 3:00

    Final fix & finish

Final adjustments, secure the tiles, your facilitator wraps it for transport. Done.

Moroccan-inspired patterns, repeating geometry, classic mosaic heritage. Satisfying to plan, meditative to execute.

For nature lovers

Botanical & Floral

Leaves, blooms, garden motifs. Softer lines, organic colour gradients, room for interpretation.

Creative freedom

Abstract & Modern

Pure colour and form. The format if you want to improvise rather than follow a template — our facilitator nudges, you decide.

FAQs for adult mosaic sessions

The questions adult bookers tend to ask before confirming.

How is this different from a regular mosaic art class?
It is — deliberately. Where a typical art class runs 60–90 minutes with simpler materials, our adult mosaic session is three hours with real glass tesserae and intricate designs. More than an art class — closer to a proper creative evening with a finished piece you'd actually frame.
Do I need any experience?
None. Most adult bookers are first-timers. The facilitator will guide design choice, demonstrate placement technique, and check in throughout. The format scales to your pace.
What does BYOB actually mean here?
Bring any sealed bottle — wine, beer, sparkling — and we'll provide glassware, openers, and ice if needed. No corkage charge. We just ask that you drink responsibly so the finished work isn't, ah, structurally compromised.
Can I bring my own design or reference image?
Yes — we encourage it for second-timers. WhatsApp us your reference 48 hours before your session and the facilitator will check feasibility and prep your board accordingly.
How big is the finished mosaic?
Standard adult-tier boards are around 25×25 cm or 20×30 cm — large enough to look substantial, scoped to actually finish in three hours. Larger or smaller boards available on request.
Do you offer date-night setups?
Yes. Two side-by-side boards, dimmed studio lighting, candles on request, and a slightly reserved corner of the studio. Add a charcuterie pre-order and it's a proper night out.
Can my friends and I book a private group?
Yes. 8+ pax gets you a private studio section. 20+ can buy out the studio entirely. Hen parties and milestone birthdays are common — message us with your date and group size for a quote.
Is there a kids' version of this?
Yes — see our general mosaic art page for all-ages workshops with simpler materials and shorter sessions. This page is specifically the adult-only deeper format.
What about transporting the finished piece home?
Your facilitator will wrap the finished board carefully. Smaller boards travel easily in a Grab or by hand on the MRT. Larger ones we recommend transporting by car.
How early should I book?
Weekend evening slots fill 2–3 weeks ahead. Weekday and Sunday afternoon slots are easier to grab last-minute. Date-night and private group bookings: book at least 1 week ahead.
What happens if I don't finish in 3 hours?
Rare, but possible if your design is very ambitious. You can pay for a 30-minute extension on the spot, or arrange to come back within 7 days to complete it. The board stays at our studio in between.
Are there allergens or safety concerns?
Materials are non-toxic, but glass tesserae have small edges — we provide gloves and demonstrate safe handling. The session isn't suitable for under-16s; the materials and pacing are designed specifically for adults.

Three quiet hours. One real mosaic. Your night.
