A new creative format every day. Themes build on each other across the week so Day 5 feels like an achievement, not just another activity.

DAY
1Mon

🌱 Introduction to Clay & Form

Hands-on clay sculpting — building shapes, understanding volume, and getting comfortable with materials. The first session is always deliberately tactile and low-pressure.

🎁 Takes home: Clay sculpture
DAY
2Tue

🎨 Canvas Painting & Colour Exploration

Real acrylics on cotton canvas — colour mixing, brushwork basics, and personal expression. Facilitator guides composition but the creative decisions belong to each young artist.

🎁 Takes home: Framing-ready canvas
DAY
3Wed

✨ Mosaic & Pattern Design

Planning, placement, and precision — placing tesserae to build a personal pattern. The most deliberate activity of the week, and the most satisfying to finish.

🎁 Takes home: Mosaic piece
DAY
4Thu

🦄 Figurine Painting & Detail Techniques

3D ceramic figurines painted with real detail brushes — base coats, shading, and highlights. The session that produces the most "Mum, look at this!" moments at pickup.

🎁 Takes home: Hand-painted figurine
DAY
5Fri

🏆 Mixed Media & Portfolio Day

Free-choice session drawing on the week's techniques — sand art, additional canvas, or a personal project. Ends with a portfolio display of all five pieces and a completion ceremony.

🎁 Takes home: 5-piece portfolio + certificate
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Sibling Discount

Bring your second (or third) child for less

One pickup, one drop-off, one morning sorted for the whole week. The sibling discount is our way of making the camp genuinely practical for families with more than one child in the 3–9 age range.

[Ask us]

Additional sibling rate available on request

Sibling discount applies when two or more children from the same family enrol in the same camp cycle. Different age groups are placed in parallel sessions — one drop-off, parallel camps, one pickup.

Three age-aligned groups

Siblings in different age brackets go into separate groups that run in parallel. Same studio, different pacing, same drop-off and pickup time.

Ages 3–4

Toddler Group

Shorter activity windows (30–45 min), fine-motor formats, gentle structured play between activities. Parent-attendance option for the first day to help toddlers settle. Group capped smaller to maintain facilitator attention.

Ages 5–6

Preschool Group

60-minute activity windows, storytelling and narrative themes, K1/K2 concepts woven in naturally. Full day recommended for this age group — structured rest period keeps energy steady through the afternoon.

Ages 7–9

Primary Group

90-minute deep-work sessions, more complex techniques, longer attention spans respected. Day 5 portfolio presentation is designed for this group — they walk parents through each piece with context.

What every camper leaves with

Not just memories. A full creative output that documents the week.

🖼️
5-Piece Portfolio

One finished piece per day, across five different formats.

🏅
Completion Certificate

Named certificate from the Day 5 presentation.

Drop-off, pickup & practical details

The information that makes a week's camp actually manageable. Read this section before booking if you have schedule questions.

⏰ Drop-off & Pickup Times

Half-day: Drop-off 8:45–9:00am / Pickup 1:00–1:15pm
Full-day: Drop-off 8:45–9:00am / Pickup 5:00–5:15pm
Please arrive within the 15-minute window — camp activities start promptly.

🚗 Getting Here & Parking

Plantation Plaza, #04-07, Tengah. Free open-air parking — almost never full even during morning drop-off. Quick drive from JW, Boon Lay, Bukit Batok, Choa Chu Kang, and Hillview.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Authorised Pickup

Register up to two authorised pickup persons when you book. Anyone not on the pickup list will not be permitted to collect your child — no exceptions. Updates to the pickup list via WhatsApp 24 hours ahead.

🍱 Food & Snacks

Morning snack provided. Lunch not included — full-day campers use the café (café charges apply) or may bring a packed lunch. Please note allergies on the booking form. No nuts on-site.

👕 What to Wear & Bring

Old clothes or dark colours recommended (acrylics can be stubborn despite aprons). Water bottle labelled with name. Any prescribed medication with written instructions. No toys or devices needed.

📱 Daily Communication

Parents are added to a camp WhatsApp group on Day 1. Daily recap photos shared by 6pm. Any incidents or concerns communicated directly — not through the group thread.

🤒 Sick Day Policy

Please do not send a sick child to camp. Missed days due to illness may be made up in a future cycle (subject to availability) — not within the same week to manage group health. No credit or refund for individual sick days.

🚨 Early Pickup

Early pickup is possible but disrupts the group. Please WhatsApp by 8am on the day if you need early collection. Arrange with the facilitator on arrival to minimise disruption for your child and others.

Early-bird pricing — save by booking ahead

Prices rise once early-bird closes. The camp fills quickly after that — early booking is practical, not just cheaper.

Holiday art camp FAQs

Every question a parent asks before registering — answered honestly.

My child has never done a structured art programme before — will they manage?
Yes — the majority of first-time campers arrive with no prior experience. Day 1 is deliberately gentle and tactile (clay) specifically because it requires no technique. By Day 3, most first-timers have found their pace. The 3-4 age group especially benefits from the gradual introduction; we never push a child to a pace that's not theirs.
Can my child join for only part of the week?
No — the camp is designed as a full-week progression where each day builds on the one before. Joining mid-week disrupts your child's experience and affects the group cohesion. If your school's holiday week doesn't align exactly with our camp dates, check the next cycle — we run four times a year.
What if my child needs extra attention or has special needs?
We have accommodated children with sensory sensitivities, mild learning differences, and various diagnoses across previous camps. The right approach is to WhatsApp us before booking, describe your child's needs, and we'll tell you honestly whether our current setup and facilitator capacity is a good match. We would rather say "not this cycle" than overcommit.
Can I register siblings in different age groups?
Yes — the sibling discount applies even when children go into different groups. Sibling groups run in parallel within the same studio, same drop-off, same pickup time. One trip, two camps.
How many children are in each group?
We cap each age group to maintain meaningful facilitator-to-child ratios. Toddler group is smallest. Preschool and Primary groups are capped higher but still well below a typical school enrichment setting. Ask us for the current cycle's exact group sizes when you enquire.
What happens on Day 5 — can parents attend?
Yes — Day 5 ends with a portfolio presentation and completion ceremony. Parents are invited to arrive at 4:00pm (full-day) or 12:15pm (half-day) to see the week's work displayed before the formal pickup. Most children spend the last 30 minutes arranging and talking through their pieces — it's the session parents tell us they didn't expect to be moved by.
What's the refund policy if we need to cancel?
Cancel 21+ days before camp start: full deposit refund. 14–20 days: 50% deposit refund. Under 14 days: deposit non-refundable. Transfers to a future cycle are possible if you cancel with 14+ days' notice — we'll hold the equivalent deposit value against your next booking.
Is lunch provided, or should I pack a lunchbox?
Lunch is not included in camp fees. Full-day campers have a 45-minute lunch break and can order from the in-house café (costs charged separately) or bring a packed lunchbox. Please label everything with your child's name. Half-day campers finish before lunch; morning snacks are provided.
What if camp is full when I try to register?
Join the waitlist via the booking form — we run it honestly and contact families in order as places open up (cancellations do happen). If you're waitlisted for one cycle, booking early for the next cycle is your best option; June and December camps in particular sell out 3–4 weeks after opening.
My child has a nut allergy — how is this managed?
Note allergies on the booking form and we'll flag them with the facilitator and café before camp starts. We operate a nut-aware studio and café. For severe anaphylactic allergies, please call us before booking so we can discuss management protocols with you directly.
How far is this from Choa Chu Kang / Jurong West / Bukit Batok?
We're in Tengah — about 8–12 minutes by car from Jurong West and Boon Lay, 10 minutes from Bukit Batok, and 12 minutes from Choa Chu Kang. Free parking at Plantation Plaza. Many camp families from these areas run us as a daily school-holiday routine for the week.
Can my child attend multiple camp cycles in the same year?
Absolutely — and returning campers tell us each cycle feels genuinely different despite the shared framework. Daily themes rotate and techniques build on what they learnt last cycle. Many families book two or three cycles per year; sibling discount applies to each one independently.
