1. Class or Workshop Cancellations:

Cancellation by Customer:

• If you need to cancel your child’s participation in a class or workshop, please notify us at least 48 hours before the session begins to receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class will be eligible for a 50% refund.
• If you cancel after the class has started, no refund will be provided.

Cancellation by Studio:

If we need to cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness), we will offer you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

2. Birthday Party & Event Bookings:

Cancellation by Customer:

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will be eligible
