At , Art Journey, we want to ensure that every experience is enjoyable for both kids and parents. Please review our refund and return policy for clarity on how we handle cancellations, refunds, and returns.

1. Art Jamming Cancellations:

Cancellation by Customer:

• If you need to cancel your child’s participation in a art jamming sessions, please notify us at least 48 hours before the session begins to receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the art jamming will be eligible for a 50% refund.
• If you cancel after the art jamming session has started, no refund will be provided.

Cancellation by Studio:

If we need to cancel or reschedule a art jamming due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness), we will offer you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

2. Birthday Party & Event Bookings:

Cancellation by Customer:

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will be eligible
