Each person picks their own festive scene — Christmas wreath, winter landscape, reindeer silhouette, abstract snowflake — and paints it in their style. Same theme direction, each canvas uniquely theirs. The natural variation between finished pieces is exactly what makes the Secret Santa reveal interesting.

How the Secret Santa format works in practice

Draw names before you arrive (or we can run the draw at the studio). Everyone paints a festive canvas during the 2-hour session. In the final 15 minutes, each person presents their finished piece to the person whose name they drew — explaining what they painted and why they chose it. You've made the gift. You've already had the Christmas night out. The painting is the wrapping-optional Secret Santa. WhatsApp us to set up a friend-group booking.

Questions office planners and families ask every festive season.

How early should I book a Christmas slot for my office?
As early in the season as you can — weekend and evening slots closer to Christmas are claimed fastest. If you have a specific date in mind, WhatsApp us early; returning corporate clients typically reach out well ahead of the season to lock in their preferred slot.
Are the Christmas-themed formats available year-round?
No — this is a genuinely seasonal offering. Christmas tree mosaics, ornament painting, and festive canvas themes are available throughout the festive season only. Outside that window, we run our standard art jamming and kids' workshop formats.
Can my team come on a weekday evening for the Christmas party?
Yes — Tuesday to Friday evening slots (from 6:30pm) are popular for office parties since they don't require a weekend commitment. We'll set up a private section with Christmas décor, festive music, and the activity ready before your team arrives.
Do kids and adults paint the same things?
Not necessarily — we adjust the format per age. Younger kids (under 8) often go to ornament painting or figurines, which finish in 45–60 minutes. Older kids and adults take on the canvas or mosaic formats. At a mixed-age family session, everyone picks their format and finishes at their own pace.
Is BYOB allowed at Christmas parties?
Yes for adult-only or mixed-adult group bookings. Mulled wine, craft beer, champagne — all welcome. We provide glassware. Kids' sessions and sessions where children are present keep the café drinks-only, but the adults can grab a glass at the café side.
Can we take our Christmas paintings home the same day?
Yes — acrylics dry touch-firm within the session. Canvas paintings and figurines travel well in the Grab ride home. Mosaic pieces need 24 hours for the adhesive to fully cure; we can keep your piece for collection the next day, or you can take it home flat and leave it undisturbed overnight.
Can you come to our office for a 50-person Christmas event?
Yes — off-site Christmas sessions are available anywhere in Singapore. We bring easels, paints, canvases, aprons, festive décor, and facilitators. Your boardroom, rooftop, or function space becomes the studio for the afternoon. See our group art jamming page for logistics.
What if my company needs a GST invoice?
We issue GST invoices for all corporate bookings. Mention this when you enquire and we'll include it with your booking confirmation automatically.
Will the same dates be available next year?
We run the Christmas programme every festive season. This page is updated annually — bookmark it and check back as the season approaches. Corporate clients who want to secure a slot for the following year are welcome to reach out ahead of time.
How does the Secret Santa format actually work?

What's the minimum group for a friend-group Secret Santa booking?
6 friends is the minimum for a dedicated group section. For groups of 4–5, standard walk-in sessions work fine — you'll share the studio with other guests. For 8+ friends, we can reserve a private studio section so your Secret Santa reveal stays within your group.
Can everyone paint a different festive scene, or do we all do the same one?
Each person picks their own festive theme from our menu on arrival — wreath, winter landscape, reindeer, abstract snowflake, Christmas tree. The variation between finished pieces is part of what makes the Secret Santa reveal interesting. If you want everyone to paint the same scene for a more coordinated look, just let us know when booking and we'll pre-select a shared theme.
What's the cancellation policy for Christmas bookings?
Cancel 14+ days before: full deposit refund. 7–13 days: 50% refund. Under 7 days: deposit non-refundable. December bookings are in high demand, so last-minute cancellations are harder for us to fill — we appreciate early notice if plans change.
