Couple Date Art Jamming Singapore

Paint together, on one canvas. No experience needed, no pressure to be good at it — just the two of you, side by side, making something neither of you could have made alone. A date that's still on your wall next month.

Paint together, one canvas

Not two separate paintings sitting side by side — one canvas, both of you working on it, deciding together what it becomes. It starts a little awkward, the way most genuinely new things do. Then somewhere around the twenty-minute mark, something shifts.

Usually it's a small disagreement that breaks the ice — "no, the blue goes there" — and you both laugh, and after that the canvas stops being the point. The conversation is the point. The canvas is just what's left over at the end, proof that you spent two hours actually talking instead of scrolling through a menu deciding what to order.

By the end, you've got a piece that's recognisably both of you — not symmetrical, not perfectly planned, but genuinely made together. Most couples take it home and put it somewhere they'll actually see it.

There's no wrong occasion for this

You don't need a milestone to justify booking. Here's when our couples actually come in.

🌙

A regular date night

The "what do you want to do tonight" conversation, solved. No reservation needed, no dress code, walk in or book ahead.

🌹

Valentine's Day

Skip the fully-booked restaurants and the inflated set menus. Slots open well ahead of February 14 — book early.

A first date with a twist

Lower-pressure than dinner across a table — you're both looking at the canvas, not just at each other, which makes the conversation flow easier.

💍

Celebrating an anniversary

If you're marking a specific year — 1st, 5th, 10th, a wedding anniversary — see our dedicated anniversary page for the portrait-swap format and milestone framing options.

Couple date FAQs

Neither of us has painted before — is one canvas between two people actually doable?
Yes — it's actually easier than painting separately, since you're problem-solving together rather than each worrying about your own piece. A facilitator can guide you through a simple composition if you want structure, or you can just start and see where it goes. Most first-timers are surprised by how quickly the awkwardness disappears.
Do we need to book ahead, or can we walk in?
Walk-in is welcome on weekdays. Weekends and the days around Valentine's Day fill up — booking the Couple Deal ahead guarantees your slot and a spot side by side rather than splitting up at separate easels.
Can we choose what we paint, or is it assigned?
Entirely your choice — an abstract piece, a landscape, something meaningful to the two of you, or just colour and see what happens. If you want a starting point, the facilitator can suggest a simple composition that works well for two people on one canvas.
Is alcohol allowed?
Yes — BYOB is welcome. Bring a bottle of wine and we'll provide glassware and an ice bucket at no extra charge.
How long does the session take?
2 hours is the standard Couple Deal session — enough time to genuinely finish a piece without feeling rushed. Longer private sessions are available on request.
Can we book this for Valentine's Day specifically?
Yes — Valentine's Day is one of our busiest couple dates of the year. Slots open well ahead of February 14, and we'd recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance to get your preferred time.
