Refund & Return Policy

At Art Journey, we strive to provide enjoyable and memorable creative experiences for every child and participant. Please review our refund and return guidelines carefully:

Art Jamming:

1. Trial / Pop-Up Sessions

Fees for trial or pop-up sessions are non-refundable.

If a session is fully booked or canceled by us, you will receive a full credit or reschedule option.

2. Monthly or Seasonal Creative Journeys

Payment is required in advance to secure your child’s place.

Refunds are not provided for missed sessions or mid-month withdrawals.

You may reschedule a missed session within the same month, subject to availability.

3. Art Jamming Sessions (All Ages)

Fees are per session and non-refundable.

If Art Journey cancels a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full credit or reschedule option.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to illness or emergency will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Supporting documentation may be required (e.g., medical certificate).

5. Materials & Take-Home Creations

All materials and take-home artworks are included in the session fee.

Due to the nature of art activities, materials and completed artworks cannot be returned or exchanged.

6. How to Request a Refund or Reschedule

Contact us via WhatsApp or email at least 48 hours before your scheduled session for rescheduling requests.

Refunds are processed only under circumstances outlined above.

7. Policy Changes

Art Journey reserves the right to update this policy.

The latest version is always available on our website.

Kids Art Workshop:

1. Cancellation Before workshop Begins:

If a student cancels before the workshop begins, they may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the studio’s policy. Some studios offer a full refund within a certain time frame (e.g., 7 days) prior to the start date.

After this period, a partial refund might be offered, or a credit for future workshops might be provided instead of a refund.

2. Refunds After workshop Starts:

Once the workshop has started, many studios do not offer refunds, but in some cases, they may offer a partial refund or credit for the remaining workshops if the child is unable to continue due to health or emergency reasons.

Some studios may provide a refund or partial credit if there is dissatisfaction with the workshop or if the workshop is canceled due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Materials and Supplies:

Refunds for materials or supplies that have already been provided (e.g., art kits) are typically not allowed unless the materials are defective.

4. Transfers or Rescheduling:

Some studios allow students to transfer to another workshop or reschedule a missed workshop, depending on availability and the reason for missing the workshop.

5. Non-Refundable Fees:

Application fees, registration fees, or processing fees may not be refundable.

It’s always best to check directly with the specific kids’ art studio for their exact refund and return policy, as they can vary based on the location or the studio’s individual guidelines.
