One story, five days — not five unrelated crafts

Most holiday camps rotate through disconnected activities — clay on Monday, painting on Tuesday, with no thread between them. Ours run as one connected theme across the whole week, building toward something on Friday that actually depends on what happened Monday through Thursday.

☀️ June Camp Weeks

4-week holiday window

World of Colour

📅 Week 1

A week exploring colour as both science and feeling — from primary colour theory to personal palette, building toward a final piece that's entirely the child's own colour story.

Ages 4–7 & 8–12 tracks Open for booking

Ocean Explorers

📅 Week 2

A week diving into ocean life and underwater worlds — observation-led, story-driven, ending in a personal "deep sea" piece built across the week.

Ages 4–7 & 8–12 tracks Open for booking

🎄 December Camp Weeks

5–6 week holiday window

Storybook Heroes

📅 Week 1

Each child designs their own hero — character, world, and a challenge to overcome — across five days, ending in an illustrated hero showcase piece.

Ages 4–7 & 8–12 tracks Open for booking

Winter Wonderland

📅 Week 2

A festive, sensory-rich week exploring winter worlds — building toward a personal "wonderland" scene combining everything learned across the week.

Ages 4–7 & 8–12 tracks Open for booking

A typical week: "World of Colour"

Five days, one connected arc, built from our six core approaches.

DAY
1Mon

🔍 Primary Colours — Object Observation & Creative Craft

Looking closely at red, yellow, and blue in real objects before mixing and applying them for the first time. A gentle, low-pressure start.

🎁 Takes home: First colour study
DAY
2Tue

🎲 Mixing & Gradients — Educational Game & Creative Craft

A colour-mixing game builds intuition, then it's applied on canvas — gradients, blends, and the first real "happy accidents."

🎁 Takes home: Gradient canvas
DAY
3Wed

📚 Colour & Feeling — Story Telling & Role Play

A short story connects colour to mood and emotion, then each child builds a piece that represents a feeling through colour choice alone.

🎁 Takes home: Mood piece
DAY
4Thu

🎬 Colour in Nature — Video Presentation & Creative Craft

A short video on colour in the natural world, then hands-on work translating that into a sculptural or textured piece.

🎁 Takes home: Nature-inspired piece
DAY
5Fri

🏆 My Colour Story — Reflection & Showcase

Free-choice final piece pulling together the week's colour learning, followed by each child sharing their work and what they chose, and why.

🎁 Takes home: 5-piece colour portfolio

"Storybook Heroes" and other camp weeks follow the same six-approach structure, themed around their own narrative arc.

Why book ahead

Camp weeks have limited capacity per age track, and June/December are our busiest booking windows of the year. Booking ahead guarantees the week and theme you actually want, not whatever's left — and gets you a better rate than booking close to the holidays. WhatsApp us early to secure your spot.

School holiday camp FAQs

What's the difference between this and your standard holiday camp page?
This page covers our flagship June and December camps — multi-week, named-theme programmes for the two longest school holiday windows. Our standard 5-day holiday camp runs across all four school holiday cycles, including the shorter March and September breaks, with a generic structure rather than a named theme.
Can my child join Week 2 without having done Week 1?
Yes — each camp week is a standalone theme with its own complete 5-day arc. You don't need to attend Week 1 to join Week 2; they're different themes, not sequential parts of one story.
What age groups are catered for?
Each camp week runs two age tracks within the same theme — Young Creator (ages 4–7) and Emerging Artist (ages 8–12) — so siblings of different ages can attend the same week, just with age-appropriate depth and complexity.
How does the sibling discount work?
The discount applies automatically to the 2nd child onward when siblings are booked into the same camp week together. If booking separately or at different times, mention it when you enquire and we'll apply it manually.
What happens if we need to cancel after booking?
WhatsApp us as early as possible if your plans change — cancellation terms depend on how close to the camp start date you are. We'll confirm the specific policy at the time of booking.
Is there a half-day option for younger children?
Half-day options are available for some camp weeks, particularly for the Young Creator (4–7) track. Ask when you enquire — availability depends on the specific week and current bookings.
Do you offer a certificate or completion ceremony?
Every camp ends with a Friday showcase where children share their finished 5-piece portfolio and talk through what they made. WhatsApp us if you'd like more detail on how the Friday session runs for a specific camp week.
