We're not in CCK — we're one MRT stop south, at Plantation Plaza in Tengah. That's a 3-minute train ride or a 12-minute bus from CCK Interchange. For many CCK families, our Saturday morning workshops have become a weekend ritual.

Saturday Morning Ritual

Why CCK families pick the Saturday morning slot

It's the rhythm that just works. Kids do an hour of focused, hands-on creating while parents enjoy a quiet coffee at our in-house café. By midday, you have one happily tired child and a finished piece to bring home — with the weekend still ahead.

Saturday slots fill 2–3 weeks ahead. Pick your time below and message us to lock it in.

FAQs from CCK parents

The questions Choa Chu Kang families actually ask before their first Saturday.

How early should I book a Saturday slot?
2–3 weeks ahead is the sweet spot, especially for the 10:30 AM slot. Same-week bookings are sometimes possible — WhatsApp is the fastest way to check.
Is it really only 15 minutes from CCK?
From CCK MRT or Interchange, yes — between 12 and 15 minutes door-to-door on Saturday mornings. From the further HDB blocks in CCK North, add 5 minutes. Grab is faster (7 min off-peak) but bus is genuinely fine for most families.
Can I drop off and run errands at Bukit Gombak or Bukit Batok?
Absolutely — many CCK parents do exactly that. The studio is a 2-minute walk from a bus stop with frequent service back to West Mall, IMM, or Bukit Gombak. We're happy to drop-off without a parent staying.
Do you offer group rates for school friends?
Yes — book 4 or more kids together and we'll arrange a private Saturday section with a group discount. Popular for birthday gatherings or end-of-term celebrations with classmates from CHIJ Our Lady Queen of Peace, South View, Unity, or any other CCK school.
Is the studio stroller-friendly?
Yes. Plantation Plaza has lifts to every floor and our studio is level-access from the lift lobby. Bus 870 from CCK Interchange is also fully wheelchair / stroller accessible.
What if I'm bringing siblings of different ages?
Common situation — we run age-aligned workshops in parallel time slots. Book your toddler and primary-schooler into the same Saturday and they'll create at their own paces, while you handle just one drop-off.
What if my child has never done art before?
Most first-timers from CCK are exactly that. Our facilitator meets each child where they are — no prior experience, no pressure, no comparisons. The first session is usually the proof that it works.
Is there food nearby for after the session?
Our in-house café handles light meals, and Plantation Plaza has a couple of F&B options. For a proper Saturday lunch, Lot One at CCK is 12 minutes back by bus — easy to fold into the return trip.
What if it's raining?
CCK Interchange is fully covered, Plantation Plaza is sheltered from the bus stop, and our studio is indoors. Rainy Saturdays are actually our busiest — the workshops are perfect for those mornings.
Do you offer trial sessions for CCK families?
Yes. A single Saturday session is the simplest way to see whether the format suits your child before committing to a term. Message us on WhatsApp to book a trial.
What about parking if I drive in?
Plantation Plaza has free open-air parking that's almost never full on Saturday mornings. Driving is the simplest option if you're doing a same-day round trip with errands.
Are you affiliated with any of the CCK schools?
No — we're an independent studio. We mention CHIJ Our Lady Queen of Peace, South View Primary, and Unity Primary simply because many of our regulars come from those families. No school sponsorship, no formal partnership.
